Skadi

We would love to introduce you to Skadi.
She is also known as Mandarin Oakfeather. She was born and raised in East Texas, Kimberly Sierra-Torres received her Bachelor's degree in Biology from SFASU and has had a successful career as a local Science Teacher. Kimberly is a Renaissance Faire enthusiast, playtron and actress who enjoys stepping back in time with her husband and two children whenever possible. This has inspired her to write a children's book series based off of her Faire character, Mandarin Oakfeather, which teaches kids about the joys of friendship, a bit of Fae lore and to embrace and celebrate what makes each of us unique.
During yule she is offering a wonderful opportunity for children and parents. She will be doing crafts with the children in her magical winter forest.
For a small fee you ,can leave your child for 30 minutes with her and her helpers to allow your child/children a chance to make up to 3 yule ornaments to take home as well as a snack with juice.
The child/children must be at least 5 years old. You and your child will be given a matching bracelet so that the parent/parents can slip over to the mead area for a little break. The cost for this is $20.00 per child and is for 30 minutes.
